1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another email notification once your order has been shipped.

  • Please note that during high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within your country): 3–7 business days after dispatch

    • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (depending on location)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing).


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • CM Collections is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order.

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, CM Collections is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
