 Refund & Returns Policy

Return window

- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags.

How to return

- Email support@cmcollections.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

- Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

- Exchanges for size/color depend on inventory. If an item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.

Defective or damaged items

- If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact support@cmcollections.org within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will resolve promptly.
